Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine

Very much this. Unfortunately it won't be released until some time in 2011, but at least they've got time to get it right.

OT: The game I want so badly right now it hurts is Transformers: War for Cybertron. I can't believe it hasn't been mentioned yet, what with the abundant nostalgia on these forums. It's only 2 months away, but DAMN IT I NEED IT NOW!!!!!

Half-Life 2: Episode 3, although I'm perfectly willing to wait as long as it takes for Valve to make it perfect(I feel their lack of commitment to release schedules has been at least a small part of why their games are always so awesome; nothing gets rushed or half-assed at the last minute). Also Portal 2.

Pokemon gen 5, Guild Wars 2, LoZ Wii, and Warlords Battlecry 4(hahaha that's not even announced yet).
Edit: Point of reference: Portal 2 will be awesome the first time but probably have no replay value, not excited about HL2 E3, Starcraft 2 looks good but not sure if it brings enough new things to RTS to make it great, Super Mario Galaxy 2 will be OK but I can wait for that, Diablo 3 looks like Torchlight with more blood, Halo Reach will be good but I can wait for that as well, and Pikmin 3 hasn't been anounced yet.
