A new entry to the MechWarrior series. I mean, there hasn't really been a "good" mech game for the PC since the 4'th entry in 2002 (unless someone has a suggestion for me). 6 years is a bit to wait, especially when they've got a bunch of similar titles on the consoles. Today's graphics plus the addition of actual physics (aka, walk through buildings like in Crysis)would be pretty impressive.
That, and C&C 4 returning to it's fun roots (a la Red Alert 2, C&C 95) instead of the really fast paced thing they're going for now (I mean, you can build a war factory before your barracks, WTF?).
Also: Another X-wing Vs Tie Fighter, Ground Control 3
(Oh, and for the people wanting a new Homeworld or Galactic Civ game, look into Sins of a Solar Empire. It basically combines the two games, and it's pretty fun.)
