A first person RPG (like oblivion) but in açyber-punk/post-apocalyptic scenario like Fallout.

It would be cool if it had the freedom of Oblivion, possibility to drive different veicles (cars, jeeps, helicopters, bikes...), exotic weapons...

Of course the Story/Plot must be good.

--------------------

I would very much to see 'Dreamfall Chapters' (the next episode of 'The Longest journey' series after 'Dreamfall - T.L.J.'). Perhaps an improvement in the gameplay from Dreamfall(without sacrificing the story of course) would be also nice.

I'd like a game where you actually play a villain. Not have a choice between good and evil...not where "evil" consists of punching a guy in the knackers and running off with his gold/land *glares at Overlord* but a reverse RPG type of thing.

Diablo 3!

Or the old point and click adventure games, like mama LucasArts used to make - like Day of the Tentacle and such.

A sequel or spiritual sequel to Okami.

Assassin's Creed, only like how we all envisioned and hoped it would be.

Another Baldur's Gate, starring the old characters like Minsc and such.

A GTA game since Vice City that doesn't suck, and isn't sucky with just More Shit To Do.

There was a sweet little free game floating around that allowed you to 'snipe' any picture that you wanted. It had directions on how to set up the picture to make point values for different areas (like instant kill zones). Not as cool as the ninja-'em-on-command idea, but it's available.

I would like to see a sequel to Puzzle Quest with a few additional classes and abilities with the same scope as the 1st.
Also, pretty much any game that takes fun over grapics.
Ooh, and I agree with the above poster. A new baldur's gate with the new system, new engine, and the old characters. Heck more DnD based games in general so long as they aren't in that same world they made DDO in.

Conker's Worse Fur Day. Seriously, make or die. I want a Wii-compatible Conkers, and don't give me any of that XBox owns RARE Bullshit.
So true. I NEED a new, Wii-version Blast Corps. That game was awesome!

I pray every night that somebody will make sequels to Beyond Good and Evil and Psychonauts.

What gets me bent out of shape is the fact that there hasn't been a decent cyberpunk game in about a million years. I realize that cyberpunk is a dead genre but seriously when I fire up "Shadowrun" for the SNES I still get a charge. Why can't someone just put some spit and polish on it and make into an XBOX Live Download? God if they can crap out TRON...

I grew up on Cyberpunk. I still love it a lot more than I should. Hell dystopian urban fiction is my favorite. There seems to be so much potential for innovative gameplay in this day and age - Why should hacking be so lame? Why does a really solid cyber-noir story seem so undesireable?

The fact that "Shadowrun" got turned into a junker of a FPS doesn't make me feel any better either.

I called the president. He said we need another Ganbare Goemon, Mystical Ninja (N64) style. And a game based on Casshan: Robot Hunter, which hopefully will be picked up by a developer like Capcom in the near future...

A Morrowind game where they actually go forward in time a little. Bows are getting rather boring, and I'm sure it could rock the steampunk look very well.

I'd like to see a revival of the Close Combat style of Real Time Tactical game. I loved that series (well, 2-4 anyway) and think that it could be adapted to other fantasy, SF, and historical genres. I was kinda hoping that Halo Wars would dip from that well, but looks like it's hewing closer to the Age of Empires school.

A new entry to the MechWarrior series. I mean, there hasn't really been a "good" mech game for the PC since the 4'th entry in 2002 (unless someone has a suggestion for me). 6 years is a bit to wait, especially when they've got a bunch of similar titles on the consoles. Today's graphics plus the addition of actual physics (aka, walk through buildings like in Crysis)would be pretty impressive.

That, and C&C 4 returning to it's fun roots (a la Red Alert 2, C&C 95) instead of the really fast paced thing they're going for now (I mean, you can build a war factory before your barracks, WTF?).

Also: Another X-wing Vs Tie Fighter, Ground Control 3

(Oh, and for the people wanting a new Homeworld or Galactic Civ game, look into Sins of a Solar Empire. It basically combines the two games, and it's pretty fun.)
