Why is their no sequel to Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath ;(
oddworld inhabitants went out of business. that was the single sadist day of my life

I would say dark sector. the game needed some polish(not in graphics or frame rate, those where some of the best I've seen) and I think a sequel could do that.
I heard that they are going to make movie called Citizen Siege

I'd like to see sequels for Beyond Good and Evil, Prototype, inFAMOUS, Kingdom Hearts (as in a Kingdom Hearts 3), Brutal Legend and Psychonauts, to name a few.

Dungeon Keeper 2 deserves a sequel. It was going to get one too, but EA stepped in and bought Bullfrog (the makers of DK2) forever destroying any chance that there will be a sequel.
Mega Man Legends 2 ended in a cliffhanger, but never got its sequal due to Capcom being so...stupid really.
Dungeon Keeper 2 ended in a cliffhanger, but never got its sequel due to the Satanic power of Electronic Arts.
Capcom still has all rights to make it and a massive fan-base to pander to, but won't make it because there isn't "an assured profit." The primary reason it hasn't been made, as far as I understand, is that the fan-base is mainly American-based and Japan hates America.

The Legend of Dragoon--I would dearly love to see either a sequel or a current-gen remake.
I think I love you. :D

Seriously, though, this game was awesome. I still like to bust it out and play it every now and again. I agree, a current-gen would be great, preferably using less than four discs.
I can't believe I forgot about Legend of Dragoon. Possibly one of the first games ever to incorporate real-time elements into turn based battles. Genius.
People at the time said it was a final fantasy ripoff, and I have to say they were wrong.
The game was nothing like Final Fantasy 7, 8 or 9 (I use these examples as Legend of Dragoon used active computer graphic models laid over a pre-rendered photo-realistic background just like those other 3 games), but fuck it was great.
Hard at times though.
I had a bit of trouble on those... oh crap I forget what they were called. They were the enemies of the Winglies. Massive behemoth beast things with wings.
Would those be the Virages you speak of?
Yes, yes it would be. My mind isn't what it used to be.
Been a good ten years since I last played that game, in fact, I think I might restart it soon.

I wish Sqaure Enix would make a Kingdom Hearts 3. and not a prequel, but something that happens after the end of KH2. I know, the island is back, xemnas and sephiroth are gone, Kingdom hearts has been shut. um, so? Retcon a new story Square enix!
Yess please square
So, all the situations with Sora and co have been resolved, and you've had all your questions answered, but you're still bitching? The series is finished, I personally hope they leave it at Birth by sleep where all of this begins.
It doesn't need to be revived.
The story was great and after birth by sleep we'll understand a bit more.
I really hope they don't make a KH III and they just move onto their next awesome project (that hopefully is nothing like The world ends with you, that was rubbish).

Legend of Dragoon. Say all you want about JRPGs and how the combat system was picky and fickle, that game was very entertaining. I'd like to see a sequel, preferably a prequel for the sake of preserving the game's original lore.

Duke Nukem. OH that's right, its still being made 10 years onwards...yeah...still being made...
Get with the times, DNF....well, it DNF (Did Not Finish). That game's currently scrapped, with the caveat being that 3DR is maintaining the Duke Nukem IP. However, since they fired every member of the team responsible for the original, I fail to see how they plan on producing a sequel, at least with any sort of ties to the original.

Duke Nukem 3D. I'm not holding out for Forever, but I wish to one day hear those cheesy one-liners and engage my Mighty Foot again.

Metal Arms, but Blizzard has too much of a stiffy for Star Wa-- I mean Craft and Lord of the R-- I mean Warcraft to make a sequel to my favorite game on the Gamecube (and yes, that counts all of the Nintendo-brand series)

The Bard's Tale: It's the humour of the Fallout series put into the gameplay of Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance and given a Holy Grail aesthetic. God be praised if it ever gets picked up!

Mirror's Edge: With a little tweaking, it could make a great series. I'd much rather see a new Edge than a new Madden (which I don't even classify as a game series anymore).

The Elder Scrolls: Fallout 3 was a fun little aside, but I want another Elder Scrolls title that OBLITERATES the competition in terms of scope. I want something that would make Mass Effect, Grand Theft Auto, every game made by Volition, and World of Warcraft break-down and weep; and make Oblivion and Morrowind cry with joy.

For that last one, I can wait as long as it takes, BUT I WANT IT TO HAPPEN.

EA has (or had) all the rights to make a Dungeon Keeper 2 sequel which also has a massive fan-base that has made a petition, but won't make it for no apparant reason. They recently sold the rights to a Chinese company so they could make a MMO version of the game which will never be released in North America because the Chinese hate North America. This proves once again that EA is a bunch of greedy fat cats with no idea where their real fan-base is and would rather pump out the same game every fucking year than make a game that would sell way fucking more and would be fucking unique.
