I would say original Shadowgate, but techincally the previously mentioned Shadowgate was a sequal and while awesome, didn't match the greatness of the original.

A direct sequel to Silent Hill 2 would be awesome, but I can't imagine a way they could do that and not mess it up.

I would have to say that Elite Beat Agents is more than deserving of a sequel, but unfortunately, I don't think it did too good commercially.

Advent Rising. It may not have been the greatest game, but the overall experience makes it one of my favourite Sci-Fi games ever... And they even said "to be continued" after the end... Still sad that they had to trash that series...

Mirrors Edge.
The game remided me of Portal in a way. As it was a new concept with very high contrasting colours. I'd really like to see this gameplay style expanded and improved on.
