Conerning the L4D comment...how is that any different than the first?Jinxzy said:Brink
The par-core aspect was wonderful....
Everything was just bad all around.
Left 4 Dead 2
Only complaint was changing the multiplayer. If one person can rush and make it to the end, they'll win.
I was speaking in terms of just the multiplayer. In Left 4 Dead you had to work together to survive. If you lost health, or a person your points at the end would be less then then group that made it with all 4 people. You had to be more of a team player to get an awesome score.EClaris said:Conerning the L4D comment...how is that any different than the first?Jinxzy said:Brink

I wish Deadly Premonition was better, I personally loved it but a lot of people were put of by the graphics and gameplay. I wish it got more street cred ;~;
Oh, god, yes! This! My god! I swear, just a few things to fix like bugs, and maybe other stuff like get some better voice actors and pretty up the graphics, and you could have a game that twenty times better than Fallout 3!SoranMBane said:Fallout: New Vegas is also a borderline case. It's not actual "bad," as it is well-written and designed, but I literally have no more patience left to deal with its bugginess. Unless they come out with some magical patch that fixes most of the lag and freezing issues, I don't see myself playing any more of it in the future, which makes me very sad because it's my favourite RPG.
Re: the off topic, see the movie Centurion. It's the same story about the missing standard, but it's goddamn awesome.Fisher321 said:I would have to say Lord of The Rings Conquest. Demo was awesome, then came game....
(Off Topic Completely)
How about movies that should have been awesome? The Eagle, I loved movies about Rome especially Gladiator. And do I need to say how The Eagle turned out?
I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess you guys play console versions, and thus haven't been able to net patch?War Penguin said:Oh, god, yes! This! My god! Ah, I hadn't noticed the different equation for the new multiplayer.Jinxzy said:I was speaking in terms of just the multiplayer. In Left 4 Dead you had to work together to survive. While in Left 4 Dead 2 everyone can split up and rush the map. As long as one person makes it far or even to the end of the map they will win verses a team that sticks together and makes it half way. It defeats the purpose of a survival game if all you have to do is rush a map to win.
I love both games, but I will not play L4D 2 multiplayer anymore.
plus Eliza Dushku. Mmmm Dushku.Smertnik said:Wet. I love the theme, the music is great and some of the characters are rather appealing to me. Unfortunately the game is kinda sucky gameplay wise. And it's very short, too. Not to mention the title makes me feel a bit dirty every time I say it out loud.
Centurion was seriously underrated. I feel ya about the mmo's and I was a wow addict for awhile.gusplaysmagic said:Re: the off topic, see the movie Centurion. On topic, I've always wanted to enjoy an MMO. Just can't do it.
You guess correctly.TheBobmus said:I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess you guys play console versions, and thus haven't been able to net patch?War Penguin said:Oh, god, yes! This! My god! Also 'just' making all the graphics better and fixing all the bugs? That's one big task.
I always felt the opposite. For me, apart from a few rare situations with a light class, the only places I used parcour would be places where a different game would just have a staircase. I felt like the rest of the game was alright, not anywhere near as good as it could have been.Jinxzy said:Brink

That didn't take long to pop up, but completely agree with you. How someone managed to mess up making LotR: Battlefront I'll never know, but it made me sadFisher321 said:I would have to say Lord of The Rings Conquest. Demo was awesome, then came game....
