Games you wish you had friends for.

There are ALOT of multiplayer games that, sure, you CAN pick up and pick up a few pub players, but without any friends to go along with you the game is much more difficult or even less fun. A few of those for me is Left 4 Dead 2, since most public players quit at the first sign of trouble, and League of Legends (Hero based RTS, like DotA) I could play without friends, but half the time you get stuck with newer players who end up giving the other team alot of extra gold and experiance becaused they died so much.

This happens mostly because my friends don't own the games. League of legends is free, but that is another problem in itself. Mostly because you can't just pick it up and be good.

Starcraft was a big one, but once we started sharing the same disc and using Ubuntu, it became super awesome.
I had quit WoW because a lack of my friends playing it. It was alright with the rest of my guild, but the most fun came when I did things with my actual friends.

Any fighting game. People just don't get that what makes a fighting game so fun is the in the way it brings people together.....in a screamy "You F%#&ing Cheater!" sort of way.
Right now though, I wish I had someone to play Phantasy Star Portable with. It gets really boring on your own with nothing but retard A.I to keep you company.

I'll say Borderlands as well, the only thing I have left to do in that game is the long tournaments in Mad Moxxi's Underdome, but no one I know is willing to grind it out for all those hours.

I'm getting into the series as a whole. I can talk with my friends about Disgaea 1 and 2 so i figured it'd be nice to have someone to talk about Disgaea 3 with.

I hate battle.net. The people on there, in myh experiences, are douches.

Rome total war, I'd rather know the person I'm playing.

Medieval, again, I'd rather know the prson I'm playing.

Dungeons and Dragons Online: I have one friend IRL who only plays it once a week so that kind of sucks.

of course, if I had Modern warfare 2(or an xbox 360 at all)I'd be set.

Or team fortress 2. I shoudl get that. My floormates play it all the time.

It's just terrible how if you DON'T have friend filled team, SOMEONE will rage quit. If not the other team. But with 4 friends you can do the Team Versus which is more serious players...
