Chrono Trigger. I've never lost my copies of it, but I have it for the SNES and PS1. I'm tempted to get it for the DS, just to tell the makers how much I love their game.

Bought Baldur's Gate a second time in order to get Tales of the Sword Coast. Bought a Diablo II: Lord of Destruction CD-Key when I got a second computer.

I love Bard's Tale and I buy it for my friends, I think I've bought it 4 times now.

For games I've bought for myself twice, Chrono Trigger.

PSX and DS

EDIT:

Lucky... I've been looking for Chrono Trigger on the SNES. I collect Squaresoft SNES games, I recently got a copy of FFII/IV.

That's all I can remember off the top of my head.

I bought Fallout 3 a second time once I actually got a computer capable of running it at a respectable frame-rate.
Same thing for Mass Effect 1 and 2.
Also if my Saints Row 2 disc ever broke I'm sure I'd buy a new one, so long as that were to happen sometime before Saints Row the third gets released. Hell I'd probably still buy it again even after that, I love that game too much to just give up on the idea of ever playing it again.

Well technically I did buy Shadow of the Colossus twice. One was the original version, and the second was the HD remake that came with the Ico collection. I can't really see myself going through a year now without playing the game at least twice.

I also purchased Metal Arms: Glitch in the System twice. One was for the PS2 when it was first released. When I played it again one day though, I found there was this glitch or something that made it so I can't manually disconnect from robots I'm controlling. Considering what happens in the second-to-last level, this glitch could be game breaking, so I decided to download the XBOX version off of XBOX LIVE.

Actually these are just some of the games I've bought twice. Some others were games from my childhood like Spyro and Crash that I downloaded from the PSN.

I bought the original Crackdown twice, because my first copy broke. Actually, so has my second now.
I also got Portal twice; once for free because of a promotion on Steam to "celebrate" Steam being Mac-compatible, but since my computer is rubbish at running games, I bought it from XBLA a short while later and played it again.

I lost my copy of Apollo Justice. Twice. So I bought it a total of three times.

Shadow and Ico Collection, after purchase was SUPREMLY disapointed by the small manual size and it's lacks of color so I simply took the Manuals out of both my PS2 games and slid them into their Rightful Place.

Also the Remake of Code Veronica which is chronologically (in my opinion) the last great Resident Evil game to ever exist.

Yeah, we had fun with 0, and 4 was ok if you like FPS. But the puzzles, camera, and ability to run out of ammo 3 rooms before a boss fight cuz you left it in the safe box, all lead up to Code:V being the final Embodiment of Capcom's Classic Survival Horror Genre.

Mass Effect. I bought it twice, both used, so I feel bad about that. So probably three times actually.

Golden Sun.

Mechwarrior (any and every one of them)

I bought Advance Wars: Days of Ruin, and Splinter Cell: Conviction twice.

I bought the first Halo on original Xbox again when I saw they released GOTY "chrome" packaging. Yeah, the only thing different was the box. No flaming necessary; I'm one of the few fanboys who will admit my shortcomings and blind allegiance without assaulting the integrity of competing titles in the process.

I actually have bought a few games twice. I bought Morrowind three times, technically (once on Xbox and twice on PC when I lost my play disc), I bought Half-Life twice on the PS2 when the first copy stopped working, and Civilization 3 when I lost the play disc (I'm sensing a theme here).

EDIT: Of course, now that I think about it, I've bought a few more games again thanks to the ease of the PSN. I bought Resident Evil 2 (...because the disc stopped working) and Resident Evil Director's Cut (Surprisingly, my disc that I got when it first came out still works) and Silent Hill.

Oblivion
Titan Quest
Sid Meier's Pirates!

I'm also looking into buying Rise of Nations and Rise of Nations: Thrones and Patriots again, because i gave it to a friend and I think he lost it, and it's not available for digital distribution anywhere >.< it was an amazing game.

I've already bought quite a few Final Fantasy games twice, once they became available on PSN for example. Of course, after 10-15 years, some discs weren't in great condition, so it didn't cause me any strife to buy them twice.

Also, I've been tempted to buy certain games like Mass Effect and The Elder Scrolls on multiple platforms. I love those games so much that I'm basically like "TAKE ALL MY MONEY!"

Mass Effect and Silent Hill 2, because they're my most favouritest games evar. (actually plan on finally picking up the ME Collector's Edition sometime soon, and I'm gonna buy the SH HD Re-release for Xbox.

Also, Brutal Legend and Deadly Premonition, because those games needed WAY more exposure and sales! (well, maybe not so much Brutal Legend on the exposure front, but you catch my drift).

EDIT: Come to think of it, Brutal Legend could have probably benefitted from a little less exposure, to be honest. Oh Well, I just hope that the mixed reception of the first game doesn't discourage Double Fine from ever making a sequel, 'cause I would definitely pay for that! :) (maybe even twice :p)
