My parents like to play wii sports with my little brother, and sometimes play games like brain age on his DS. My dad used to play Punch-Out! and other games on the NES, but not anymore.

Other than that, he knows about/supports/likes to watch most FPS games I used to play (Duke Nukem, Serious Sam, etc) and RTS ones. And shits on me for playing RPGs.

edit: My mom doesn't really know or understand any of them really. Not even things that I've tried to get her to try.

The last game I know either of my parents to have played was Half Life 2, played by my father. He uninstalled it two days later.

As he was becoming addicted.

My father introduced me to gaming, yet ultimately had to drop the hobby due to his addictive personality.

My mum plays bejeweled and my dad is one of those "SHOOT ALIENS! EPIC NO SCOPEZ! HUR LOL!!!1!!!" so Halo and CoD are musts, naturally. for him if it's not got laser guns and exploding heads it sucks. So it's weird he hates Fallout 3.

My mom doesn't but she used to play Pac-Man and Bomberman a whole lot.
