Shadow of Rome.

For all the brilliance in that game, it's also one of the most frustrating game experiences I can remember.

Both Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VIII.
Got to disc 2 on the former, disc 3 on the latter.
Both times my cheapass third party memory card crashed, and formatted itself.

I know they are truly great games, but I've tried to get through all the crap again and I just can't be bothered. It takes so long, and my subsequent attempts over the years (followed by quitting) has only made the first 10 hours of each game so mind numbingly monotonous that I just can't bring myself to attempt them anymore.

Psychonauts- For all I'm concerned; people who have defeated the meat circus level are creatures of myth.

Final Fantasy Tactics PS1- I actually got past the boss who everyone says is impossible with all my party members alive (gasp) but now I'm stuck again.

Fnal Fantasy 8- Never even made it through the first disk.

Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits- Not only is the voice acting/names painful but so is the last boss. If I ever beat him without cheat codes it's because I've acquired super powers.

Lunar 2: Eternal Blue - was at the last area before Zophar, and the memory card got eaten by my stepbrother's dog.

Revelations: The Demon Slayer - at Lucifer (who just won't die!), console and game gets stolen.

We <3 Katamari: No way am I getting 1 million red roses. Better things to do with my time.

Guitar Hero 3: Had someone else finish out my set for me. The last three songs are impossible unless you sandbag.

I have VERY bad luck when it comes to finishing things.

I love FF games (ok, I love FFX. Others I just say it so they'll sleep with me)
Still, I didn't finish X-2, was too underpowered for chapter 3-boss and didn't wanna continue. I'm playing XII now, but quickly losing interest because the battlesystem is boring, and story and characters paper-thin. Still, I'm propably gonna start playing X-2 again pretty soon. (Its still a cool and interesting story)

Oh yea, and then there are these:

Last 4 songs of Guitar Hero 3 (on hard)

Fire emblem: Radiant Dawn. Had loved the series. This just took all the good things away.

Viewtiful Joe 2: couldn't beat the final boss.

Star Ocean: Till end of time. First I borrowed the first disc from friend, the console accidentally dropped and the disc broke. Couldn't finish, and had to pay for a new game. Then I bought the game for myself. Got pretty near the last boss, but lost interest when the plot made enough twists to knot itself up.

You could say that I *abandoned* WoW. I just ran out of game time few weeks before Lich King came out. Decided to take a week whit out playing, and then just didn't wanna play anymore. That game is a vampire, sucking time out of other games.

thats all I could remember
