I just beat Risen about two weeks ago. Very good game if you enjoy the Gothic games, and pretty to boot. Just don't get the X-box 360 version. Please, please don't get the X-box 360 version.
I keep winning (and accidently losing while messing around with the World Builder) in Civ IV. Does that count?

I don't like how they come to an end... and suddenly I have a strange urge to play the Sims again, because that can go on for a long time. Which will have to do until Reach, Dead Space 2, GoW3, or Fallout: NV comes out.
Man, now I'm sad. I beat all the games that I've been waiting for a long time now in a month.

I finished the main quest line in Fallout 3 recently, but I'm still doing side quests and exploring the wasteland.
Of course, you get some total bullshit in the chamber at the end if you have Fawkes with you:
PC: Hey Fawkes, someone has to activate this machine but the chamber will flood with radiation once that happens! Can you do it?
Fawkes: Me? No, of course not. No.
PC: What? But you're immune to radiation! You're following me around to thank me for my kindness when I saved your life! This is the part where you repay your debt!
Fawkes: Yeah, but the thing is... you see... it's your destiny *mumble mumble*.

Well I beat Red Dead Redemption, Starcraft, Bioshock, Dragon Age Origins and Awakening (a few times), and the Witcher. I doubt I did all the side quests in any of these games (if they have side quests), and I know I didn't get all the achievments. I just play a game until I feel done with it, most of the time I never go for achievments.
I finished the Little Big Planet story, which is as complete as I'm going to get with that game.
I also played through Star Wars the Force Unleashed to pick up the achievements they put in. I just need to play through one more time and I'll have them all, and never have to play it again.

100%ed Spyro 2, 120%ed Spyro 1. Working on Spyro 3 and Crash Bandicoot 3 now. Other than old PS1 games, I beat ME2 for a 3rd time, ME1 for the 7th or 8th time (damn xbox screwing up and making me start all over, i was at like 5 playthroughs and it screwed up, so i dont have most of my old save files), and Metal Gear Solid 4.
Finished assasins creed 2 a couple of weeks back and Battlefield: Bad company 2 earlier this afternoon.
