I installed, completed and uninstalled half life: blue shift today. lol
I put it on hard mode but it didnt last. As i found it in the box upstairs (wOoooo~ the magic box of old stuff) i was thinking: "i dont remember much of this game". I soon found out why; it was so friggin short xD

I finished the main quest line in Fallout 3 recently, but I'm still doing side quests and exploring the wasteland.

Of course, you get some total bullshit in the chamber at the end if you have Fawkes with you:

PC: Hey Fawkes, someone has to activate this machine but the chamber will flood with radiation once that happens! Can you do it?
Fawkes: Me? No, of course not. No.
PC: What? But you're immune to radiation! You're following me around to thank me for my kindness when I saved your life! This is the part where you repay your debt!
Fawkes: Yeah, but the thing is... you see... it's your destiny *mumble mumble*.

Yeah, I beat original FO3 as well, and Fawkes gave me the same crap. Luckily I got GotY recently, where Fawkes can go in the chamber...Of course I still did, because I wanted the glory and because one of the DLC's added surviving that scene (Broken Steele, I believe, tho GotY comes with all of them). So now I've done that scene and am still alive to talk about it.

EDIT: The latest game I beat that has an actual ending was Diablo 2. Behind that was either Evil Genius or FO3.

Well it's a bit late for my character, if you catch my drift. I was just annoyed that they put in the conversation option in the original but then had him decline. It's the fact that they obviously thought about the possibility enough to put in the dialog, but then have him throw it back in your face (for a really crap reason) just so they have a big moral choice at the end of the game. It was partially made up for by how great it felt figuring out the code for the purifier.

I just beat a Crack in Time on challenge mode, and 98% trophies. The only one i'm missing is the My Blaster Runs Really, Really Hot trophy.
It's a pain in the arse to get to 10000 without a second player.
I'm almost finished my first playthrough of Psychonauts. I decided to get to level 100, the completionist that I am. All I have left to do is trade in all my Psi Cards, collect all of the figments in Waterloo World, the only one I haven't, then I'll go to the Meat Circus, 100% that, and bam... instant bragging rights. Even while grinding for figments, I had more fun than any AAA game this year I've played.

I completed Red Dead Redemption a couple of days ago, that's about it. i'm just replaying alot of my games now.

I finished that new bullet hell game as well on psn.

Beat CoD 3 a couple of weeks ago, and I'm one mission away from completing Saints Row now. Dunno if I'll do all of the side-missions or not at the moment, since I've pretty much only got the mayhem and hitman ones left and they annoy me a lot. I suspect I'll just move onto doing a playthrough of Mass Effect.

I've been going through a bad patch for stopping or getting stuck halfway through games recently, but after Monkey Island 2 SE came out I did complete every game in the series from Secret of Monkey Island right up to the last tales Episode. Yes I even forced myself to replay MI 4.
