Fallout 3, I quicktraveled to a spot and for some reason it spawned me in a wall and wouldn't let me quicktravel to another spot because "enemies were nearby", tried to load a previous point and the game crashed and all the saves were corrupt.
Had to redo most of Oblivion to to random corruptions from game crashes.
