This has all ready bean said, but RE4 I would say 8 to 9 times. And Metal Gear Solid 3, I lost count a long time ago.

I don't think I've ever played a game through more than once. I just don't see the appeal - unless a game is crazily different on another playthrough, I'd be too bored. And that's taking away time I could spend playing other games I haven't even touched yet.
The Halo trilogy, Pokemons red, blue, yellow, and silver, Diablo II, Star Wars Force Unleashed, Star Wars KOTOR.
Fallout 3 w/ Point lookout and brotherhood of steel
RE 4,5 about 15 time on 5 and 12 times on 4
Metal gear soild 4 like 9 time

Mass Effect. I beat that game until I memorized every line and cutscene. (This isn't counting all the shooters that have a two minute long campaign.)
Metal gear solid 1,2 and 4 (if anyone knows a place in the melbourne area where I can pick 3 up it would be appreciated).
LoZ: OoT and majoras mask (shattering stuff when my n64 died last summer), probably played through each 4 or 5 times
Halo:CE and Halo2 (co-op with mates went 'round a few times).
Max payne 2 (did the first but not as much)
Had a lot of morrowind characters, but I only 'completed' the game with one character.
lylatwars got more playthroughs than I'd care to remember.

I only have 1 playthrough of Pokemon Crystal but I have around 225 hours on it. Also, Sonic 2, Fallout 3, Super Smash Bros. Melee, and Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker (at least 4 playthroughs).
