Metal Gear Solid 2, I had a bet. I had to get all the Dogtags on every difficulty mode and I get £30 off my brother.

Typically i don't replay stuff, at least not more than once because knowing how it goes spoils it for me, but lets say Sim City 4, it's a game that you never really finish so i don't know if it's right to say you can replay it, but it's been on and off my hard drive like 10 times and I've enjoyed it every time.
Oblivion definetly oblivion 20 odd characters now 'bout 50 deleted all difernt charcters ...

I've played through Yu-Gi-Oh The Falsebound Kingdom 8 times for each character, of which there are 3. So, 24 times. Man, I love that game.
A little-known 4X space game called Imperium Galactica II. It was an awful game, but I got it when I was about 7, so of course it was great to me. The difficulty curve from easy to medium was ridiculous, though. I beat it dozens of times on easy but only once on medium.
