Sisters of Battle from the Warhammer 40k universe, because let's face it, hot chicks in massive armour with massive weapons and fire. Now that's hot.

Elves from LOTR, because they're just awesome at archery, and I love archery and happen to be a decent shot myself.

In any generic fantasy Human/Elf/Dwarf game, I ALWAYS choose elf. My three characters in both Oblivion and my three in DA:O are all elves. Just the way to go.

But my favorite video game race EVER is easily the Elcor from Mass Effect. Seriously, in the Codex of ME2, it says that they mount weapons we'd mount on vehicles on their SHOULDERS.
