Seems a bit extreme but I'm not going to defend that guy.
Who thinks that crap is funny?

It's guys like this that need to be brought to the attention of /b/ and their over the top, ironic sense of retribution.

I love how he tried to make himself look adult and responsible, but feel sorry for the police officers and SWAT team that had to respond to such a situation. I mean one moment they are preparing for life or death situation and the next one they are facing scared little internet predator. Prick definitely deserved it, shame about his poor family.

She was obviously entertained. If she didn`t like it she might as well mute the guy or leave.
I can`t believe this amount of bullshit is happening in the states. A bunch of self righteous suing pricks is what you are.

Bad for the SWAT guys, but he totally deserved it. If you bring the pain, prepare to feel the pain.

Bcause if thats it US court system is even more fucked up than I thought.

Seems to me like ha can't swallow his own medicine. One might think that a SWAT team is over the top, but that's what happens when a large accumulated mass of bad karma comes back to bite you in the ass.

Edit: Seems like Keemstarnation had it's ass shut down on youtube for massive prickery as well. What a shame. I never heard of this guy till now but Being SWATTED seemed like something you could harras him over for ages.

Hmm Remeber trolls SWAT is just a phone call away!
Not funny,It was an overresponse yes and really I'm sure that SWAT anti-hater teams would end up being a bit Totaliarian.

The point being, without doing things at the expense of others, some of the funniest comedy would never exist.
That is true. But I disagree with your notion, that therefore harassment of unwilling participants is justified or in any sense ok. Your opinion on wether the girl in the video was actually harassed/abused,or not may of course differ.

Also, as said before, nothing was stopping her from muting him so she obviously didn't object that much.
Halfway through the video I asked myself the same thing, why doesnt she mute the guy? Thats what I always do first when playing online, muting everybody. But not muting DJ Keezelstein doesnt necessarily mean she didnt object - although it would have been very easy to do so.

OT: I personally find the SWAT-Team quite funny, but on a more serious note I think it is too much.

A lot of people know me in the gaming world.
I've never heard of him.

Anyway, I hope the S.W.A.T team used flash-bangs as they entered. Maybe flash some sense into this attention seeking moron.
Neither have I. The only ones I've heard of are kilplix and Spoony, the Angry Video Game Nerd and of course Yahtzee but I don't suppose he counts.

OT: Deserved it. The girl not muting does not change the fact that the guy is doing it. Jeez.

This video comes to mind:

<youtube=AQnIJ-ljctk>

That insensitive prick saw it coming, but I've got to admit it was quite a dangerous prank.

While harassing a women over live is very immature and hurtful, it wasn't worth risking someones (possibly a childs) life over if the SWAT accidently shot them, which sometimes does happen. Also as the fake caller wasted police time and money, I very much hope he ends up being charged and punished properly.

I don't think anyone got really hurt by his prank... It was over-the-top, yes, but that was the point. If you take the things people say while online seriously you need some internet 101.
