Every once in a blue moon, I'll have a serious gaming session (8+ hours), and that can give me a pretty massive headache.

I was playing Guitar Hero 3 on the Wii when it first came out. Activating star power was a nightmare as my wiimote wasnt too sensitive so I had to really put some force into the tilt, problem was I did it a little too hard and smacked myself square in the side of the head.

Only one I can think of is premature ejaculation
I have got to ask what game were you playing at the time? And how exactly would it be 'premature' ejaculation? Correct me if I'm wrong but most games don't require you to ejaculate so I don't think the problem was with your timing...

The only injury that comes to mind has to be when myself and a friend of mine were really getting into a song we were playing in Guitar Hero and, in the sheer heavy mentality of the moment, struck me in the testicular reigon with his guitar (by accident of course).

One spot on my thumb become sore and red for quite a while when I played GT4 for too long. I can't play well without pressing the accelerator at the joint in my thumb so I can easily switch to the brake.

Personally, blisters from constant roll moves in Street Fighter. But a friend of mine once played Neverwinter Nights for 48 hours straight. He recently had an operation for Crohns, so he didn't eat really, drank very little, and slept in his comfy Adirondack chair. I was talking with him, and he finally stood up to go to the bathroom...and promptly, his legs collapsed under him. It was very baffling. Actually, the same guy got a blood clot from a different Crohns operation while playing with a few friends. Called the Ambulance, and played some Marvel Vs. Capcom while they waited, cause otherwise there was nothing to do but listen to him breath heavily.

I don't think I have ever been hurt playing a video game.
But I have beat my friend up a couple times with the controller when he beats me at something or f he shoots my character.
That count?
I tend not to play CoD with my friends anymore because somehow it always ends in the loser beating the living shit out of the other...
