Okay, I am updating my p/w right now. I already suffered from my account being hacked once; Not going through that shit again
Thanks for the heads up. I've seen mention people who have 2FA activated are safe, but I'm still not taking any chances.

Thank you. I never keep any credit card information. So I should be good, but I will change my password again, just in case.

In a world where Nintendo, T2, and Activision keeps shutting down fan projects, I am glad to see someone is being supportive of it instead.
Yeah its kinda weird that one of the big company isn't going full asshole mode on anything fan made. I guess its because it use the skyrim engine and so if even one additional person buy it that hadn't brought skyrim before, Todd Howard can count it as a new release of skyrim.

Hasn't Bethesda always been supportive of modders?
To some degree, yes. But they also had their blunders:
  • Any time they released the "next-gen" edition of their games, it always seemed to render some of the mods incompatible. And it was up to the modders to figure out how to make their creations work.
  • They also tried to enforce the creation club on everyone, making it the only way to access mods. Neat idea to allow modders to earn some quick cash, but it made a lot of people on Nexus mods or ModDB mad. They later fixed it by making it a choice for modders to upload their contents to the store.
  • If Starfield launch indicated anything, then there is a good chance that we might not see mod support for their game launches in the future
So yes, in a sense they do, but it's like "Yeah, we support modders by not being involved at all! And we mean AT ALL!"

Not to mention that the update that shoved the Creation Club into Skyrim also broke a whole bunch of mods that had been working perfectly beforehand.

think Sony has more than enough grounds to sue for the lying the publisher has done when negotiating contracts, that was opinion stated like a year ago and everything that comes out only makes them look so much worse
This on top of the game itself not looking too great, and catching shits for being live-service

They just need to dump the project right now and get working on something actually fresh and original (like, I dunno, an actual sequel to Marathon). The smoking ruins of Concord are at the end of this road, but Bungie is too blind to see them.
