I AM FOAMING IN MY MOUTH!!!!!!
Gee fucking finally! Wonder if they'll add white knight as a regular job like they did for black knight for the PSP version. I would like a couple of modification thought, the quest system is pretty lame, just moving back and forth on the map to make them trigger is pretty boring, an actual fight instead would be more interesting, with some reward obtained from completing these quests rather than just JP, these could be the gear (like the best weapon) the OG game has you get by using move find item and just be lucky/look at a guide, which is a pretty lame system imo.

I'm not surprised as Tetsuya Mizuguchi always likes changing it up and moving forward. "Shinin" is a fine song, but it's one I don't listen to as much as the other songs in the original.

Also how about not making merchant city of dorter a torture to beat? I swear that level was a pain to beat the first time, and even with some prep work and taking things slow, I still kept losing units.

What annoys the most is that it's still in the flashback sequence, where players are still learning how to play. This level was really cruel for some

I don't want to sound like That Guy, but I feel like Dorter's fine as it is, because there's a lot of story battles that rely on things that Dorter teaches you. If they made it easier, then the new players would run into the same problem later, or a totally different one, and not know how to handle it because they didn't learn from Dorter. It's a wake-up call, but it's a pretty necessary one unless you want to make the entire game easier.

Not that I wish to imply you're bad at the game, or that it's "not that hard", but I think its difficulty is honestly kind of fitting for when it happens.

They could not have chosen a more generic looking James Bond.
Well, you kind of want that unmemorable quality in an intelligence operative. One small detail though is they gave him the scar that was on Flemming's original commissioned sketch.

And I mean, I can sort of see the guy they modelled/designed turning into that sketch after he's done a decade or so of espionage.

And from a gameplay perspective, the studio responsible for Hitman sounds like a natural fit. With luck it comes to PC.

I usually grind a couple of fight right away in the game just so I get away from using only chemist and squire, which is a bit boring.

Do you? It's James Bond. A character previous played by Daniel Craig and Pierce Brosnan; two of the most charismatic looking British gents around.

I mean yeah, make him look like this, he's got some mug to him. Give him some of that dry charisma. The guy in the trailer looks like generic dude with generic brown dude hair.

I always thought he looked more like Sherlock Holmes from that sketch.

Fair enough. Maybe I just sucked lol

I am also building Ramza to be a Dark/Fell Knight for sure this time! For some reason I kept giving up the half way, meanwhile it has been a bit of a wish of mine.

Also can't wait to beat the living shit out of Argath and Gaffgarion again. I actually never got to see Gaffy die, just running away like a biatch everytime. This time, though....

Not that I will buy this, but I can already smell the ban happening in South Korea.

SK is notorious for controlling what games can and can't be sold to everyone in the country. And there are political powers who wants to be fuck buddies with NK, and they are gonna go ape shit crazy to ban this game from being available.

Although, if it does get released just fine, I am really curious to see what the reception will be like

Getting Ramza up there is a massive pita cause he can't get the bonus JP from doing quest, so you gotta grind all those level yourself, plus it mess up his stats since you gotta go hybrid.

Knowing activision, they'll play fast and loose with the politics. It will never delve into anything deep, nor be too risky to stir the pot. They lost their balls on politics years ago. While hiding behind them claiming to be "apolitical".

Oh yes, we all know Activision and its shitty antics.

I am more interested in how the political parties in the Korean govt. will react and the public reaction in general. Because the topic of the two countries' relation has been debated to death ever since the ceasefire in the 1950s.

Now any sane individual would just treat us as a piece of entertainment and not take it too seriously. But the fanatics in both side of the politics will definitely use this as an excuse to gain favor from the public. The far right will do whatever it takes to get this game banned, because “NK is our brother!”
