I would be going to the Isle of Wight Festival, but I am lucky enough to have four exams in the days straight after.

I have been to see Fightstar, Madina Lake, Mayday Parade and We Are The Ocean. They were all pretty awesome.

Don't suppose that's the tour they're doing with BMTH is it? If it is, I'm also going :D.

Just to get to know the escapists musical taste without the traditional "what's your favourite music" threads.

Any up coming gigs you're going to?
Also who have you already seen live?

September - Cancer bats (Gona be fucking awesome!)
November - Devildriver & 36 crazyfists (I may jizz in my pants that day!)
December - Bullet for my valentine (A band i have truely like since they formed)

Previous gigs i have been too are;
-Iron Maiden & Trivium
-Trivium
-36 crazyfists & still remains
-Dragonforce
-Slipknot & Machine head (was awesome the bassist passed out he was that drunk)
Duuuuuuude you're goin' to see Cancer Bats? I saw them a year ago and they were incredible! Love 'em. That's gonna be one HELL of a gig!

I recently saw Sick Of It All and AFI in Birmingham
Then saw Sonic Boom Six, We Are The Ocean, Against Me! and Alkaline Trio at Slam Dunk Festival last weekend and managed to meet Lags from Gallows 'cause he was DJing
Next I'm goin' to see The Gaslight Anthem in 3 weeks and after that I've gotta try and see Blacklist Royals at some point later in the year
It's been a kick-ass year for gigs

I would if I:
- Had someone to go with.
- Could find gigs I'd want to go to in the first place.

I have seen:
Dirty Pretty Things. That was a long time ago.
Goldfinger a couple of years ago. That was amazing. No barrier between the relatively small crowd and the stage.
Rise Against. Complete opposite to the other gig with a huge crowd and I was right at the front in the centre but it was equally awesome.

I have just found out that Bad Religion are playing live in Manchester at the end of August. Greg Graffin is one of my heroes so I'm going to see if any friends want to go.

I went to see Alkaline Trio last Wednesday... they were awesome. They support band, Set Your Goals, were pretty good as well.
Best gig I've been to though would have to be either Enter Shikari or Reel Big Fish.
I've not got any plans to go to any gigs over the summer though; don't know of any happening near to me.

Got Download coming up soon. I'm so excited I could just wet my pants :D. Last one I went to was Theory of a Deadman, and I might go see Motorhead when they come back to my neck of the woods.

Hope it goes well :)

What sort of music do you play?
Thanks heaps both of you.
Mainly rock, from all ages. Tomorrow we're playing some Rise Against, Blink 182, Queens Of The Stone Age and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Normally it's more varied in terms of time frame (we play a fair bit of Led Zep and Beatles) but tomorrow we're playing for an audience our age.

Not until Coldplay comes back to Hong Kong.
There's also The Killers. I've been itching to see them but their concert got canceled at the last minute.

Bloodstock in the summer is all I have lined up at the moment.

Last year I went to Sonisphere, and separately saw Skindred, Karnivool, Devildriver, Behemoth, Suicide Silence, Malefice and Trigger the Bloodshed.

Going to Download Festival next week, the line up is awesome, http://www.downloadfestival.co.uk/lineup/index.aspx

I have been to tons of gigs, so far this year I have seen, Henry Rollins, Machine Head, Bleeding Through, Pendulum, Gama Bomb, SSS, and the greatest gig mankind has ever seen, Opeth Evolution XX 20th Anniversary show, Royal Albert Hall, London. Had to fly over for that one, but it was worth every penny.
