You don't need a console to play fun games.

But seriously though girls are hard to cater for, I'm lucky in that some of the girls I know can (but don't often) play games. Racing games for some of them, GTA San Andreas for others. One even went co-op on Gears with me - funniest shit I ever saw when the berserker charged she screamed the roof down!

I would suggest racing games or co-op shooters with a good story, what these might be I don't know as It really is down to her individual taste as to what games she likes. Here's hoping she enjoys a bit of co-op Gears as it is awesome. (maybe a bit gorey though)

Video games? Since you mentioned the n64 as a console selection, Mario Party has always been a crowd pleaser. Other then that, it comes down to what she likes, and what you have.

Depends on what kind of games she likes and how much experience she has with gaming.

I've got a friend who has been through and loved TES: Oblivion, but if I didn't know that and was going to recommend a game for her, I would never have thought of recommending that.

Oddly enough, my friend just fell in love with Assassin's Creed. She saw me playing AC II on my console and demanded her boyfriend to buy AC I for her birthday. Then she played living shit out of it.

As for games to play WITH your girlfriend... Well LBP is probably the best choice.
