i remember reading about the article where bill gates is donating 10 billion to developing vaccines...and there were quite a damn few people talking trash about it and saying thats nothing for him.

Both Nintendo and Microsoft donated systems to a local hospital for a charity function. My aunt was in charge of getting donations from different companies, so I helped her with the video game aspect, the only one that didn't respond was Sony. I wasn't eligible for the drawings but since I did so much work for the drive they wrote Microsoft and Nintendo again to let them know and they sent me a Wii and a 360 respectively thanking me for my dedication to helping those in need. I pretty much expected them to donate to the hospital (Sony was a surprise though, but I guess since it was America they just didn't give a shit) but I never expected them to send me consoles, hell Nintendo actually threw in three extra controllers (Wiimote and nunchuck) and four classic controllers. It's good publicity and a tax writeoff for them anyway. But there you go, that's the reason I don't bash the Wii or the 360.

When My Wii stopped reading disks,Nintendo gave me 4000 wii points when it returned.
My DS Lite was one month pass warranty and Nintendo let it slide and repaired it for free.
When my Gamecube died after 3 years, I paid $42.99 to get it repaired and They gave me a new platnium one with 2 Wavebirds. (Before the Wii was out)

God I love Nintendo. And this girl does too haha.
