I game. My bf doesn't game as much as he did when he was younger. We both had to put gaming on the back burner for a little while. (ME with my 2 jobs and finals, him with 2 jobs)

And for the shoes a la ass, I'm thinking of a 'slip-on' stylie, wth the ass part on the toes and the head on the heel, this way you could always kick two asses at once at worst.
I would add a touch of flourescent green into the mix so you would always be able to find your
'glow in the dark ass footware'. Squeaky clean green ass fun.
Hmm, perhaps part of the problem is that a lot of the games marketed to girls ARE stupid, boring and childish, and it's very easy for the rest to pass you by if you're not immersed in or familiar with 'gaming culture'. It's hard to say what got me into gaming, I've pretty much forgotten by now. I don't recall exactly how I came across one or asking for them, but I started gaming with an Atari 2600, old greenscreen, cassette game Amstrad CPC464 and an Amiga 500+ (damn, I wish I knew what became of that old Amiga, I bet it got thrown out), so as far as I'm concerned it always fascinated me, which probably makes me a bit of an exception.Mr.K. said:Anyway we haven't really got to the root of the question, how to get girls into gaming.
Is there a good gateway game? Alot of girls are willing to try it but as the first one holds no appeal they will brush it off as stupid / boring / childish.
Or to start out small, what got you into gaming and why?

In fact we walked into gamestop and the guy behind the counter was talking to someone about WoW Cata like a year before it came out and my ex told me that I was forbidden to get it

There's no such thing as just being a friend with a guy. Attraction is attraction there is no in-betweens.runnernda said:I'm a geeky gamer girl, but I'm usually single. If I do have a significant other, they're usually into gaming, but not as much as I am. I have a lot of guy friends, though, and a lot of their girlfriends tend to say "You want to game? Um...yeah, go call Liz." I'm not sure what that makes me, but it works for me. I get to play co-op, and I guess their girlfriends get a reprieve?
OK, OK, fine. I guess it depends on what kind of asshole you are.PatSilverFox said:D'awwww :sBabyRaptor said:Assholes need not apply. Everyone else is fine.PatSilverFox said:Quick! Everyone pursue that! xPBabyRaptor said:<-- Single geeky female. We do exist.
