I would, but I don't have a camera to take a picture of them. I play Warhammer Fantasy casually, and use the Orc race.

Sorry.

Wow, the quality of you painting is, intimidating. My partially finished guardsmen are not worthy!

Sadly my phone camera sucks so there was no point showing the rest of my guardsmen or my dwarves.

EDIT: Archive number 3:rom about 20 years ago, languishing in my parents loft. I will have to dig them out next time I go home.

They look like they would look good if you could get a decent photo of them. I have some old warhammer dwarves, again from about 20 years ago, languishing in my parents loft. I will have to dig them out next time I go home.
Oooooooo vintage. You must show us them, you must!

Wowzers, I might have to play that game just because of them. Your collection looks great, by the way.
Thanks. Some people may grumble about Games Workshops OTT bizarro GRIMDARK setting, but their stuff really does look fantastic.

I will. Most of my stuff is "vintage" anyway. Except the Cadians, DA vets and Cruiser all that other stuff was at least 15 years old, most of it 20.

That's cool, as I said, it's any minis you've painted. Very nice work. I take it they're warhammer minis?

It's not a very good picture (actually it's a crap picture) but I don't collect miniatures anymore so this is the only one I have

Did you chuck all your old ones away then? I stopped for over 15 years but I kept them all (well, a few kinda caught fire, but for the most part...). The vast majority of my mini's are orks sitting in my parents loft. The later ones are some of my best work seeing as I got the practice in with them but I'm bored of orks now so I didn't bring any along for painting references for my new stuff.

I sold most of them, I kept a few of my favourites but an unfortunate incident with my attic and the ceiling of the second floor of my house cause a fair few of my possessions to be smashed beyond repair

It's been a long while since I played, but I do have some old Tau models from when I was but a beardling.

Which explains why they're dusty, have no undercoat and no highlighting because I couldn't afford more than a few paints.

This is all that's left of my army now, just some little mascots near my monitor.

They look awesome. My friend once got me interested and almost persuaded me to buy a set, but they cost a little too much here. And I was more interested in painting and collecting them than actually playing.

Chuck? If they're painted well enough you can sell them when you get out of the game. I pissed a lot of people off when I quit because I had what was essentially the entire Dark Angels chapter but I wouldn't sell it piecemeal (because I didn't want to be stuck with 300+ Tactical Marine models). Weirder still (yes, weirder than me being mad enough to assemble a full chapter) is the bloke I ended up selling to already had 2 complete chapters (Imperial Fists and... shit, Ultrasmurfs, I think). Where the fuck he kept them all is beyond me. I had enough problems storing one.
