Hi me and my brother were looking for a good co-op game that isn't just first person shooting that we could play together so I was wondering if anyone had any recomendations for the X-box, X-box 360 or the Wii.

Uh... Gears of War is third person shooting.
As is Resident Evil 5.
I'm not too good at getting off this shooting theme...

Oh! Castle Crashers! That's good fun, and makes a change from most of the stuff out there nowadays.

Again, keep in mind a bunch of my friends are replaying Timesplitters.

I'd have to say Future Perfect is a great game to go with co-op -- lots of levels, enemies, weapons, characters, humor, etc.

I loved the coop part in MW2. The game itself isn't coop, but the part that is has many hours of fun.

Let me just say one thing for the xbox:

[HEADING=1]TIMESPLITTERS![/HEADING]

More specifically Timesplitters 2 and Future Perfect. Those games kick so much ass its ridiculous.

For the 360: Fable 2, Resident Evil 5, Lost Planet 2, Left 4 Dead games

For the Wii: New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Thats all I got.

But make sure Timesplitters 2 and Future Perfect are at the top of your list. Seriously, those games kick massive amounts of ass.

Left 4 Dead 1 and 2
Rainbow 6 Vegas 1 and 2
Splinter Cell: Conviction's Co-op mode is FANTASTIC.
Gears of War 1 and 2
Castle Crashers

Splinter Cell: Conviction is the most recent one, but other than that, I suggest Halo, Gears Of War and Rainbow Six: Vegas.

Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2... Obviously.

Team Fortress is generally co-op if you do it right, but it's completely multiplayer with no NPC enemies.

Killing Floor is very much co-op, but I think it might be PC-only. Although I might be wrong.

I'd say that doesn't really fit the OP...

OT: I'll go with Two Worlds, it's impossibly cheap now.

Brute Force is a fun 3rd person shooter that you could get pretty cheap. You have up to 4 different squad members with 4 different special abilities. The older Ultimate Alliance games if they have them for the x-box.

I actually had a blast with Lego Starwars on Co-op.
It sounds stupid, but it's just fun!

Left 4 Dead 1 + 2
Killing Floor
Splinter Cell Chaos Theory (there's a co-op mode that piggybacks the singleplayer plot)
