That sucks most of the greatest new games are M rated. Anyway I'm going to recommend you an oldie since your taking PS2 games. Beyond Good and Evil, get it, its awesome, get it. Mercenaries 2 for PS3 it T and now its only 40$. Its not game of the year material or anything but its fun. Also I'm gonna recommend a ton of J-RPG's since that's what other's are recommending. Basically any Final Fantasy game is good, at least the main series is. But also you should look for Rouge Galaxy on PS2, its a great game. And I think that rock star game ported a version of Bully to the wii. Bully it closets they could come to a grand theft auto type game with a T rating.

SSBB is fun if you can get friends over, and I would suggest getting at least Portal for your PC, if not the whole Box.
Yeam actually I managed to get the Valve complete pack. (If you look on the Steam page you will notice that there is no ESRB sticker on the page for the whole pack.)

HEHEHE
Anyway, Half-Life 2 was really enjoyable, so was Portal.

ALL of the "medal of honor" series games you really should give them a try they are fun yet still have a shooter feel to them, and you really feel the atmospheres in some of the games. I leterally went "OH, my , god, " when the arizona took a direct hit in "medal of honor- rising sun"

Now that I remember, Psychonauts was hilarious, and should be on Steam.

Check it out.

Titan Quest with Immortal Throne expansion pack for PC. Great if you need to burn 100 hours or so.

If you're into turn-based strategy games with a little RPG in there, I heartily recommend the Fire Emblem series for the Wii: Path of Radiance (which is actually GC, so you'll need a controller) and Radiant Dawn.

Now that's quite a long list. Thanks to everyone who contributed so far.(Please feel free to contribute more recommendations.)
I think I've got most of them so far, and I hop the list will grow tomorrow.
Goodnight.

P.S. If you found my list helpful, it would be really nice if I could get a thank you PM or a nice comment. (it would make me feel really special!)

First off: Kudos to your parents for actually noticing the ESRB ratings. Sucks to you as a kid, but lots of things suck when you're a kid. It makes adulthood that much sweeter. Now then, off my old-fart soapbox...

95% of my game collection is rated E or T. As a pure PC gamer I can't really recommend you any console games, but for the PC (and keep in mind I'm a strategy gamer who also likes Bethesda games, your mileage may vary:)

- Empire: Total War (hell, the entire Total War series, all rated T)
- Civilization 4 (E10+)
- Morrowind (T)
- Rise of Nations (T)
- The Sims 2 in all its expansion pack driven glory (T, but don't let your parents see you make those two hot girl Sims Woohoo---they won't like it)
- Mount & Blade (T)
- Age of Empires 3 (T)

I'd say try to sneak Oblivion under mom's radar, it's M-rated for disturbing images (mutilated corpses and whatnot) and for a Hot Coffee-like hidden content bit (nudie textures were in the final game code although you can only unlock them with mods). It was rated T when it first hit shelves.

I'd personally toss X-Men Legends (1 & 2), Marvel Ultimate Alliance, and Disgaea 1,2,3 on the list. Drakensang is a pretty good PC RPG for those with old school tastes as well.

I have an old backwards compatible PS-3 and I'm a bit worried about what I'll do when it burns out (if it does). 60 GB version. Don't have a PS-2 anymore and arguably my favorite games of all time are PS-2 games. :)

Might have to see about finding a cheap PS-2 and sticking it in Cryo-Statis somewhere for an emergency.

That's M rated and arguably not very good.

Puzzle quest might also count.

Mirror's Edge if you like it and live in America.

ET: Quake Wars. This is a really under-appriciated game. Probably because it didn't slap advertising everywhere. Get it for PC if you can, much better and cheaper.

I did manage to get a T labeled copy of Oblivion, and I have Civ4 and AoE3. I'll have to look into Rise of Nations and the others on the list.
