I don't think it's particularly cruel and she certainly shouldn't be arrested for it. It is however insensitive and, when you get down to it, retarded.

Well I think it looks ugly, and yes that is what I would call cruelty to animals as well. It also takes more than piercings to become a goth(I realize the cat is black).
