While my subjective feelings on this are summed up well in "Ewwwwww", There's not really a finger to put on the relationship itself ethically. They're not reproducing "Habeus corpus", so there's no biological inbreeding (yet, at least...), and they're both consenting adults to this bizarre relationship.
There might be an ethical problem in the "(great-grand)mother" having a child at such great age, but the father/grandson will presumably still be there to provide for the child if she dies before it reaches 18 (which seems likely).
So, to sum up, stuff like this is not unethical (insofar as it does not violate the harm principle), but it's most certainly still Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! Like that 18 months old cheese in the fridge, you can't really condemn it, but you can certainly be disgusted by it and get it the ¤%/& away from you.

First of all, i thought it was physically impossible for a woman that age to even get pregnant..and even if she was, i don't know if its really that good an idea as it might lead to health problems. Second...THERE FREAKING RELATED, this already adding to possible problems for the child.

first of all ... uhhh hello!?! incest ?? how can something like this even be allowed? it's not good for the child's health! As the son of two doctors i should know... it can result in severe problems for the child. They should at least adopt. (now i know my English vocabulary isn't very good at this area but as far as i know a surrogate carries the mothers egg and fathers semen right?)
Secondly the mother is likely to die while the child is very young and yes it does happen for younger parents too but those that justify taking the risk when you know that your chances for living more that 10-15 years is minimal?

What would happen when the child found out about his/her fucked up parents? Imagine trying to explain that one to a five year old after they come home from preschool where they have been mocked all day for being the spawn of that filthy relationship.
