god im sounding like some sort of crusader for that game with all my recent posts
I was turned off that game as my friend refuses to speak of it, calling it 'The game we do not speak of'.

Understanding that this forum is based more on individual locality and that I'm not taking into account the internet community (five dedicated websites in all the world is a pretty poor showing of popularity), my list is as follows...

Anachronox (PC) - I've only met one other person who has played this game and he turned me on to it.
Dark Planet (PC) - Great 3D RTS by Edgies
Primal (PS2) - Underrated Sony title with a great story and intriguing premise.
Legend of Dragoon (PS1) - Under appreciated JRPG
Kung Fu Chaos (XBox) - hilarious and entertaining take on the whole fighting game genre
Voodoo Vince (XBox) - I couldn't beleive none of my gamer friends ever played this, it rocks.

I'd like to add "Independance War" and the "X" series.
:) Independence War was great. Still play Edge of Chaos once in a while on my old PC. It still is the best looking space-sim to date, really. No worries getting it to run on new OSes either.

edit:
..and not enough people played Grim Fandango. ..Almost as sad as how almost no one has played "Discworld: Noir". "The river Ankh - the only river in the universe on which it is possible to chalk the outline of a corpse."

Haven't read through every post so it may have been mentioned before but I'm gonna go with the Mark of Kri. Decent action adventure with a pretty good fighting system, aswell as being rather bloody and gory while having the classic Disney art style.(I think some ex Disney artists were actually the art designers for it.) Also as someone else said before me, Primal was pretty kick ass on the PS2, in fact I'd say SCEE are just a generally underrated developer.
