Mine is a game in which you can create planets that will look any way you want, create life for the planets, and put plants and different fruit on them too. Or, you can just create some humans, and I mean Sims 3 editing quality, you can also give them personalities, and the game would have some way to know what the kid would look like from combining the parents.

You can travel through time, watching them build up straw houses and such, then drop a rock on one, burn another, burn humans, throw humans, drown humans, put different tribes into wars, and just tinker with their lives in any creative way you can think of.

For instance, you can possess someone, maybe multiple people, and have them go on killing sprees. As society collapses one, from not have any women to have children, and two, because almost no one is left but a handful of men. If you drive one mad enough with paranoia, he will kill everyone else for being possessed. Make him possessed, and he'll kill himself. Then push some pilgrims in and do it all again.

If you got bored, you could go to a time period and get missions to go to places in the sandbox place and kill something or other. It would have tons of weapons, spells, and things to ride on and it wouldn't have a leveling system. It's just that some monsters are harder to kill without getting certain weapons. And to get certain weapons, you have to kill certain monsters or buy from certain people. You can keep one weapon from any time period to the next.

This would have Fallout-type consequences. Put all your points into one skill, your other skills will have a lack and you will be unlikeable. You don't get points from leveling up, you are given points from doing quests.
That..sounds..AWESOME

A game where you had to optimally dunk biscuits in hot tea without them breaking in two and silting up the bottom of the mug.

It would be for the Wii.

And it would be made by either People Can Fly, or Rock Steady. No DRM bullshit from EA, Not a single terrain that wouldn't be complex and extremely pretty, and no cousin calling you up for a burger every second. It's Spore, Black and White, and GTA on steroids, mixed together to get this.

Spore Done Right has existed in my head for well over two years before Spore came out :p
There is no real modding community to make it better, too...

I wanted R&C Future: Tools of Destruction to be better.
but I guess I had unrealistic expectations (after playing some of the earlier games).

Some kind of game where you can switch between real time strategy, First person shooter for one of your units, or a third person shooter for one of your units
And you can download any weapon in existence as DLC for the game for units to use

A game set in the future where you play as a gun man for hire. You get different types of environments such as, being told to kill everything in a lab where experiments have run amuck, getting dropped in an Arctic tundra and haveing to navigate using only instructions you were given in pre-mission briefing and a compass. At the end of every mission your memory gets wiped clean. This will happen always, unless you start hiding evidence. Now the only way you can learn this is to actually do it, so it would rely a lot on the player wanting to mess around.

So the game would be an FPS with sort of puzzle solving elements.

A Kingdom Hearts Spiritual successor.

Instead of Disney, it's a crossover between Square Enix and Lego's BIONICLE.

Think About it! The tried and True Action-RPG formula of Kingdom hearts, combined with Bionicle's rich, complex story and characters!

Maybe call it, I dunno, LEGACY OF LIGHT.

( I have a feeling Most people here don't know what Bionicle is, so this idea is sort of lost on this crowd. *shrug*)

Arma 2 game mode Warfare does that though you play mostly as yourself (with FREE mods made by players) though it is buggy at times :(

A sequel to Eternal Sonata called Eternal Sinatra where it focuses on Frank's music instead.

Also, a Jump Superstars that has non-shonen jump characters as well. I personally think there aren't enough good fighting games.

I have an idea for an FPS where the main character is someone who knows nothing about guns but is in a position where they need to be used, so the unfamiliarity with firearms is simulated by having an interface that is deliberately clumsy as hell. So loading and firing something complex like an LMG would require one keystroke for each movement and you'd have to memorise them all so you could be doing over a dozen keystrokes to reload the thing. I'd also like this main character to do things like get freaked out over dead bodies, run away a lot etc... all that "normal person" stuff. I'm sick of tough action heroes, I want to play a wimp for a change.
That... doesn't sound very fun. I think that deliberately breaking the game for reality's sake will only alienate players. Looking in the manual every time you have to reload your weapon doesn't sound like the best experience, and it would also break the immersion. Silent Hill did it to a certain level, it had such a clumsy combat system and it really annoyed me - made me quit the game the first time I played it.
Gameplay should be the top priority of a game and in FPS' shooting shouldn't be hard to do, since that's all you are going to be doing in the game. A game with an average Joe better have a damn good story if I'm going to play it.

The game that keeps repeating itself in my head is a kind of mix between Devil May Cry and the Evil Dead in which a snarky, Dante-esque character tries to end the supernatural reign of an undead vampire chick and her army of minions. Nothing original, but the cut-scenes are fantastic.

I come up with a new one about every month. Each one better than the last...

My latest one involves a Prince of Persia-Esq feel to it (Sands of time, not this BS we have now T_T ) but with enough differences to keep it apart. For instance, to block, you have to press the attack button before the enemy's attack makes contact with you to block it. I think that'd make for very engaging fights..

Granted, I've really only fantasized about the final boss battle of this game. I made it a 5 part, epic battle :D Shape-shifting FTW.
