Being the only one of my friends who had a Dreamcast, I had very fond memories of the first Sonic Adventure. Sadly, not many other people seem to have had the same experience I did.

Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen seems to be one.
I have some great memories of that game and only a few of the people I met seem to have ever heard of it.
Most of the people I met (and had conversations about games with) thought that Soul Reaver was the first LoK game.
I need to find that game for a reasonable price again.

I would have to say I-Ninja.
No one seems to know of this games existince, but it's pretty fun.
Just a ninja defeating every enemy he sees.

Either that, or the original Spyro the Dragon games.
Just the first 3 on the PS1.
After Year of the Dragon, it all went downhill.

Treasure Of Tarmin on the Intellivision was the best game ever made for any console. Still is.

I also really liked Forbidden Forest on the C64 (the first one, not the "Beyond" sequel), the only computer game to this day that ever genuinely scared me.

Anyone remember Shadow of Destiny on the PS2? It was one of the earlier releases, and it didn't get very much attention, but in spite of its flaws, it was a remarkable game.

Dood, the TOMBA! games were so much fun! And Crash Bandicoot when he was just on the original Playstation... I tried a recent game and wanted to unplay it >.>

For me, it'd either be Threads of Fate or Megaman Legends on the PS1. Those were, and still kind of are, two of my favorite games =]

Psychic Force for the PS1, a fully 3D fighting game with psychic powers. Voice acting was laughable, but I really enjoyed it at the time.

What, never heard of it? Must be only me that remembers it. Only me. Only. Me.

Crash Bandicoot. The original game. Back when Ripper Roo was a ***** to kill and game play was challenging.

Crash Bandicoot 2 can kiss my polished boots. In fact, no it doesn't even get that lowly privilage.

Awww, come on. Crash 2 & 3 were okay... Right? Right? Yeah, I know. You accidentally replaced "lips" with "boots" and "my lips are hardly good enough" with "no it doesn't even get that lowly privilage". Don't worry, happens to everyone.
