A proper turn-based Warhammer/Warhammer 40k game. And by "proper" I mean a solid budget, a good translation of tabletop rules, wide selection of customizable units, etc.
Most Warhammer games were either crap or only loosely based on the tabletop rules. I belive Final Liberation gave it a shot, but that was a loooong time ago and it was Epic40k. The RTS offerings that come every now and then are of varying quality, with the best one still being Dark Omen. The more recent Mark of Chaos is anywhere between mediocre and crap depending on your point of view. Relic had a good run with Dawn of War, but Soulstorm was just plain bad. DoW2 barely feels like Warhammer anymore. Rites of War was a reskinned Panzer General and I never liked Chaos Gate...
Even less likely, a 4X or "Total War"-style game set in one of the Warhammer universes. A bit more likely, but still slim chances would be for a Bioware-style RPG set in Warhammer, or prefferably one of it's RPG spinoffs...

Nobody's asking for Beyond Good and Evil sequel?
That's because it's being made as we speak.

Atari stated that they will revisit the BG series soon. Granted, that could mean many things, including yet another Dark Alliance game (I hope not!).
