"Quackers." --As a sort of non-offensive alternative to most situations where I might swear.
"Oh, smeggin hell." --Coming upon a situation of difficulty.
"...How lovely." --Same as previous.
"What the grrrargh." --Getting sniped or killed very suddenly in pretty much any game ever, but manage to get over it quickly. Feel free to substitute profanity there for when I don't.
That's about all I can think of right now.

"Dear Lord Baby Jesus!"

And I know I've been playing Dragon Age too much when I use "Andraste's flaming knickers"...

I've been using "what fresh new hell is this?" lately, but you can't go wrong with the classics:

Goddamn it
Son of a *****
etcetera, etcetera

I generally say "By the beard!" or "By the gods!"

I'm not sure why, but I like it.

Also, when I'm being anti-classy: "SHITMOUTH!"

Blimey, (oh) bugger, (bleedin') hell, son of a(n) [X], mother of [X], and my personal favourite: 'Ah, crudmuffins.'

Also 'fuck.' Often 'fuck.'

"Gah."

"Sokay." ("it's okay")

I haven't been around friends or people my age much lately, so I don't know what else. I don't really exclaim at things. Those aren't really phrases but seeing as people are posting words I thought I may as well. I try not to let myself say too many things like "...so, yeah" or "...and yeah" any more.

Funnily enough, i tend to revert to my country's language(Malay) for most of my catchphrases. Thing is... My Malay is quite frankly... Shit and English is hell of a lot better(I've been praised by many a native English speakers for my vocabulary).
"Bodoh"(Buu-doh)- Pretty much the malay version of stupid. I use this alot
"Eh, paloi"- means idiot but I use it as "well that was dumb"
"Bising..."-Noisy. Use this a lot in my dorms
And a bunch more. Tends to confuse most of my friends

"Well... cock"
"...Oww..."- I say this so much this may as well be a catchphrase
"Oh son of a-"
"AAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHh"-I'm in Uni. I use this a lot
"Just shut up and play"- My(and by extension my band's) Motto for a gig. Cut out all the fancy talk and play. Also the name of one of the songs Ive written
"Confound [X], they/it drives me to [Y]"- Used this a lot recently after watching the Dover Boys of PU again
"NO ONE WILL EVER KNOOOW"-Ditto, Tend to use this when scheming with my others
"We're fucked/Boned/DOOOOOOOOOOOOMED"
And of course
"D'OH"

I don't really have a single phrase.
For the most part, when I'm surprised and something slips out, it's a combination of vulgarity and whatever else my brain spits out.
I think the latest was "sweet shitting dicknipples!"
Did you write the dialogue for bulletstorm?

I'm boring. I just tend to go "Holy Shit!" Which is the most boring and generic phrase of these that I could say. I may be imaginative and creative when it matters, but in my day-to-day life, not so much...

Usually I will shout profanities, sometimes even combining them. Recently I've started using "Bullocks" because even though I'm not English, this sounds pretty cool to me.

Alternatively, when someone asks me how I'm doing, if I am in a good mood i always respond with "borderline wonderful." People never seem ready for it.

"Jesus Buggering Christ Alight!" in that order, especially whenever I turn around when playing Fallout 3 and see a Deathclaw staring right at me.

"Shit, son!" - usually when something bad happens

"Christ on a cracker" - to complain when I'm in an unfavorable situation

"Sweet!" or "Nice!" - when something good happens
