I was thinking of putting Irenicus down, to be honest. In my opinion, he's the greatest videogame villain of all time, and certainly rivals Vader for the overall crown. But Vader is just... well, Vader. There is no villain more iconic than him, as fantastic as Irenicus is.

Yes, Vader coldheartedly killed a bunch of young jedi apprentices; but that's because Palpatine told him to.
Johann just... does it. Also, he doesn't kill them, he manipulates a bunch of them into killing each other; then again, he does that to people of every age, so I guess it doesn't count then?

I always liked HAL from 2001 as a villain.

Same here, the concept of the situation Dave and the other pilot (can't recall his name) were in always terrified me... Trapped on a ship controlled by a computer that could, at any time, go batshit insane and murder you.

Also Irenicus for me, as he is just brilliant.
