The Land Shark Gun, from Armed and Dangerous. It shoots shark embryos into the ground, and they rapidly develop into full Great Whites while they make a beeline for your enemy. It's awesome seeing a shark fin tear through solid ground until it reaches the enemy, when the shark bursts up and swallows him. The best part? You can fire multiple sharks, and they keep hunting enemies until there aren't any left.

Quite simple; the shotgun. It's always a sought after gun in a FPS, making it pretty classic from the get go.
Either the Farsight XR-20 from Perfect Dark (It sees and shoot through walls and aims automatically through them), or the Singularity Planet Buster from Alpha Centauri (BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA).

bolter rifle or any bolt echnology weapon, standard issue bolt rifle fires a 75.cal round that is rocket propelled and is an explosive round oh yeah and the explosive round is depleted plutonium though hellfire bolt rounds would be ridiculously fun to use.
also another personal favourite the power sword it basically cuts through titanium like it were soggy crepe paper its basically a lightsaber just more badass looking and slightly more reliable.

The Lancer from Gears of War, or even better, the gun in Painkiller that shoots shuriken and lightning. I also enjoyed the shotgun, cause it had a freeze ray connected. Freeze your enemy to ice, then shoot them into tiny bits.
hmm well i'd have to categorize it for mellee chainsaw sword from 40k
explosive i like the fat man.... more so than the the mirv... mainly cause im wasting less but still the boom
and gun well honestly the rail driver from believe it or not the orginal red faction.... its a sniper rifle you can use in a closed room... couple other close ones... but those are the ones that come to mind

The RYNO4-Ever VX from Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction. Over 5,000 damage PER BEAM, 900 shots, blistering fire rate...that's 4,626,900 damage in a matter of 30 seconds. Talk about overkill o.o
