Cow Launcher. Say what you will about my weapon choice, but a gun that flings cows at my enemies so that they die a smelly, smelly death via terrified flying bovine is just damn satisfying. And funny. Can't forget funny.

The Redeemer from Unreal Tournament. It's a nuke that you can fly into an enemies face. Awesome. Or perhaps the Fatboy from fallout3. Something about a shoulder mounted nuke launcher amuses me.
