He squeezes a mushroom and juices fall out of it into the water. He then drops honey into it and Passes it at vex. "Enjoy" Telmus says with a grin

Vex stared at Telmus as he grabbed the hot cup of tea.
"Um.... this is gonna sound strange.. but I'mma need you to turn away..."

Telmus blinks a few times before shaking his head slightly. He turns away and sips his tea again. "This is ridiculous" He says

In a split-second, or faster than that even, Vex had already drunk the whole cup of tea, leaving nary a drop.
"Wow... tastes great... but I'm feeling a lil'... woozy?"
Vex's vision was spinning.
"What was in that?"

"Native herbs of my planet, It cures hangovers and headaches.It is also used for pain killers but has a moderate effect of hazy feelings and stuff." Telmus explains "The other stuff is what we use to slow animals down when hunting, it will make your body process slower, causing you to calm."

"What?" Vex exclaimed, "Then why the hell did you give it to me? That's no worse than being..."
He didn't finish the sentence; He fell asleep standing up and slammed onto the ground, drooling a puddle (!?).

"Shit, wrong dosage." Telmus rips out a yellow leaf and crunches it into a powder. He stirs it into a gel like substance and stabs it with a syringe into what he thinks is his arm. This should speed him up to a bit above body process level

Vex started to wake back up faster than he got knocked out.
"Ugh.... my head..." Vex noted as he rubbed his forehead with his hand.
All of a sudden, a blade ejected from his arm, almost slicing his head off, stabbing through his hand.
"Whoa!" Vex exclaimed as he passed out from the pain.
