I chose red. Destroying the Reapers was always my goal, I wasn't going to puss out at the last second.

I went through all 3, and ended up deciding to stick with red. Just seems like a more authentic explosion, you know? Blue and green explosions look dumb, and the random green lines look even worse. I put a lot of thought into this stuff.

I'm going with Red. I've always loved the Gorons.
Only those who play Zelda will understand my choice.

Green. Didn't feel like offing EDI or the Geth.

The rest of the time I just let Marauder Shields stop me.

Red. I had already gotten the Geth wiped out in the Rannoch mission, so I didn't have any reason not to just blow up all the things.

Damn, I was hoping this was a clever ruse and you were going to ask about skittles or something.

And I chose red, but only because I was told that controlling the Reapers was bad. By Sheppard. Like, 45 seconds earlier. And I didn't want to let Anderson down.

What a clusterfuck that turned out to be.

It's weird, people keep claiming that there are only three endings, but there's actually quite a bunch.
Here are all your endings: http://www.ign.com/wikis/mass-effect-3/Endings
Picked red, wanted my Shep alive,so I can fantasize him to retire on Rannoch, that's what really mattered to me after the geth/quarian quest line.

I picked red, it had a fucking dragon on the cover. A dragon is way cooler than a turtle, even if that turtle is super effective. So what does Pokemon have to do with Mass Effect?
XD!

Mass Effect 3 DLC:
Ash the Reaper

Well in that case there's nothing to fear. Just set up league battle and it loses after about 3 rounds.

It depends on how I view the ending.
Contrived Dream Sequence; Red.
Its Factual and Real; Blue.

Red.
Green is the silly choice from super silly space magic land. It might harm the fewest people, but it's soooooooooo stupid.
Blue is a bad idea covered in bad idea sauce.

So I destroyed the Reapers, just as was always planned. At least this way I can say "I destroyed the Reapers" and then change the rest of the ending in my head to something less stupid.

Red because I needed to finish the freaking mission and the god kid was immune to bullets.
Also, this. I shot at every inch of that kid AI, hoping to find a weak spot. And to not disappoint anyone, I shot the eyes first.

I chose green first. I didn't know if the destruction option was to the left or right and I really didn't want to become a reaper and control them. Therefore I was not that disappointed at first since I thought that synthesis was a bad ending. I replayed the ending when I knew which way to go and realized that the destroy option was just as bad and identical as green. I must say that controlling the reapers must be the most stupid thing ever. Is there actually anyone who chose that option?

Casey Hudson should learn from the writers of Kotor 1. A twist should be presented BEFORE the final mission, not in the last 5 minutes. In kotor 1 the twist was presented long before the game was over. You had time for the initial shock, denial, depression and acceptance before you finished the game and before you faced the antagonist for the final time. Plus that twist was great fucking awesome in contrast to the starchild twist. Also in ME1 you got the twist that sovereign was a reaper already on Virmire. There is a reason why it was revealed at that time and not during the final fight against saren. We NEED to know what we are fighting against and why before the last mission.

When I first played the ending, I had no spoilers. I was confused why Shep couldn't respond to the Reaper King and point out that he wasn't making sense, and then I tried to shoot the guy. To my dismay, I discovered his glowey form was immune to bullets.

I took the choice presented as true, because I always work with what I have available. I chose Green, because Red was unacceptable (murdering the Geth and EDI was far too great a price) and I couldn't admit that TIM was right, on any level.

I probably became indoctrinated. :(

And, while they didn't exactly make it clear, I like to imagine my Shepard as the god-mind of all Reapers. My Shepard was mostly 4/5 Paragon to 1/5 Renegade - she was all diplomatic as long as that was the best option, but you didn't want to press her too far.

I have this image of my Shepard "Assuming Direct Control" over husks to make them repair buildings, and sending the reaper fleets to rebuild the relays. Partly because Jennifer Hale voicing an "Assuming Direct Control" line would be all kinds of sexy.

I will add, I have this (very sad) image in my head of Shepard direct-controlling some sort of husk (probably a Marauder since they are the least ugly) to go see Liara and say goodbye.

In later years, I imagine my Shepard acting as some sort of galactic police force, using the reapers to settle disputes, prevent pirate raids on colonies, and that sort of thing.

So yeah. Not much to say outside of spoiler tags.
