What's the grossest thing you've seen In a movie? I've seen quite a bit but for the moment I'll start off with The Irreversible fire extinguisher thing. If you've seen It you'll know what I'm talking about and If not then look it up.

Truth be told when I look back at it the scene is a bit too dark. Gore Is gross although I find psychological things to be more disturbing...like the rape scene in American History X.Woodsey said:

I think the torture scene from Season 1: Masters of Horror - Imprint was pretty gross. Don't watch after that scene though, mainly due to the fact that the plot makes a sharp left a dumb street and doesn't recover.
