This is from David Lynch's Eraserhead. It isn't exactly gross but still...

I don't generally watch gross horror movies, but some of the scenes in district 9 were pretty fucked up. Like when my friend barfed in my popcorn bag during the movie.

In terms of sheer gag-factor, the "oatmeal" scene in Dead Alive grossed me way the hell out.

Not gross but all the topless buff men action in New Moon made me annoyed. Not because I'm insecure but because I'm supposed to be entertained by this and I'm just not, while women all around me had their hands up their skirts.
See, that's why I protest the films on the basis that they won't allow the pornography I like in theaters, but that shit's considered completely kosher. Hypocrites.

The bathroom scene in Mirrors scared the death out of me, it's simply amazing what people can do these days with CGI implemented in movies.

There's a scene in a Dutch horror movie from the 80's, called The Elevator (De Lift in Dutch) in which an evil elevator kills off people who come too close to the shaft etc.

The plot is extremely poorly written, but there was one scene that was extremely horrifying to watch as it had no CGI and relied only on props and excellent camera angles.

In this one particular scene two guards patrol down a hallway in the building with the elevator. Suddenly both doors open and the elevator seems to be missing. One of the guards inspects the empty shaft and looks down into it. The doors slam shut, trapping his head between them while the evil elevator slowly but surely lowers from above. The other guard watches in horror, falls down powerless on the floor in fear as his colleague gets pushed down towards the floor and decapitated in a very gruesome manner.

Once again, the plot was beyond terrible (especially the ending which explains the entire behaviour of the elevator), but that was one scene I have never forgotten. I was 9 at the time when I watched it.

The scene can be watched here:
Check at 4:43.

Some of the stuff in district Nine was pretty fucked up. One of the few films that I've seen that I think should have a higher age rating(its a 15 in the UK not sure about the rest of the world). At least they don't actually show the inter-species prostitution, just the Nigerians eating the Prawns.

Thats not the grossest thing ever, but it makes me laugh, as does the next one.

Braindead has to be one of my favourite films, but the closing scene where Lionel is crammed back into his mother always creeps me the fuck out. Never mind all the decapitations and gore beforehand, there's just something about the way she splits herself in two that is kinda disturbing.

Another one would be the ending of Eraserhead, where Henry cuts the baby apart - cue the soundtrack drone and imagery. That creeped me out for a good while.

You've probably guessed that I really like this film, it being in my avatar.

This is the scene in Evil Dead 2 where Ash's hand gets possessed, and he takes appropriate measures.

It's kind of like a cross between a horror film and a Charlie Chaplin short.

-snip-
Evil Dead is quality entertainment.

I think the worst for me was the short movie "Dumplings" from Three... Extremes.

The movie is about a woman eating dumplings that will keep her young and beautiful forever -- except the dumplings are made from aborted fetuses. It's made explicitly clear pretty early on, and while it's not very gory and you never really see a fetus for more than a few seconds, every time she eats a dumpling (and she slurps and crunches and makes all kinds of horrible eating noises) it's spectacularly, cringe-inducingly awful.

The female Landlord's after Sex Scene in Kingpin.

Seeing a middle aged woman with Yellow Teeth Roll a stocking up her vericose vein leg is not only disgusted already, but when she warns her tenant to practice.... oh god...

She wants him to practice Tongue exercises... Oh jeez, I'm shuttering as I write it

Don't get me wrong, the movie is a little gross in one or two spots, but it is a damn funny movie. Check it out, just be forewarned: You don't see the sex, but you definitely feel like you've seen enough. I kind of wish they gave out cigars, or Xbox Achievements or something to make you feel better though.

Maybe it's the laughter that makes you feel better.

Nicely done. I like Gore when its way over the top and just bad. If its realistic and disgusting then no but when its like the lawnmower thats funny.

Um....my buddy has some japan movies with some messed up gross shit in it. And its not even a porn.
I'm assuming those are movies by Takashi Miike

In the film Knocked up.

For about half a second you see a baby 'coming out'

Now i know why the stork theory is so popular.
