The part in Jackass #2 when they are on the horse farm. You'll know what I mean if you seen the movie.

The C-section in the french movie Inside, I honestly just turned the movie off and walked away when that part came up.

I think mine is a saw torture. I can't find the youtube clip but it's one where a guy is getting pig guts dumped all over him. Ugh Gross.
It's called the pig vat, it's so mentally scarring.

The pencil trick from the Dark Knight. You don't see the actual gore, but just think about how that guy died. I can tell you, it sure as shit wasn't quick. A pencil through the eye, well he probably went into shockand died slowly on the floor. After all, even a headshot doesn't ensure instant death.

At the end, a major character gets grabbed by the head and has both of the grabber's thumbs thrust all the way into his eyes. It could be because I can't stand eye injuries, (to the point where I had to get my friend to dissect a cow's eye in 10th grade Biology) and the fact that they use the exact same method again in the sequel doesn't make anything better.

Also, the scene where Wikus' fingernail falls off in District 9 had a very similar effect on me... /shudder

What's the grossest thing you've seen In a movie? I've seen quite a bit but for the moment I'll start off with The Irreversible fire extinguisher thing. If you've seen It you'll know what I'm talking about and If not then look it up.
Just checked the film out on Wikipedia and read a sentence-long description of the scene.

I won't be watching it.
Truth be told when I look back at it the scene is a bit too dark. Gore Is gross although I find psychological things to be more disturbing...like the rape scene in American History X.
I thought the whole curb-stomp thing in that movie was worse... But for me... Idunno, there's a lot. A lot of Inglorious Basterds is suprisingly graphic, but too funny to be gross.
What other movie features a massive scowling jewish man shooting off hitler's face?
Might wanna throw a spoiler tag onto that last post.

And yeah Bad Taste is hilarious, though now that I think of it the custard scene in Braindead is even worse... I mean better...

In Hostel where the poor lass gets her eye burnt out and she sees herself in a mirror at the train station...
and then jumps in front of a train
Oh jesus yes, in all honesty I couldn't bare to watch that scene with her eye being burned, it was just so sick and horrid and vile and so many other words. I remember hearing one guy on a forum talking about how funny it was.... not wishing to be rude but I think you need to be pretty sick to find stuff like that funny.

So yeah that's pretty much my answer in a nutshell, anything from Hostel or Hostel part 2 period.

I've been highly desensitzed by movies and videogames. But if I had to say what I might've thought was the grossest was the scene in Slither where the chick gets all fat and then explodes with the monster worms inside of her.

Multiple scenes from cannibal holocaust come to mind...
Ninja'd it seems. I remember seeing it for the first time not too long ago right before I went to bed. All those rape scenes and torture scenes were stuck in my head. Not very fun, but watching the movie was worth it.

I found it hard to take Hostel seriously. Like the eye scene you mentioned, the screams sounded so fake and the whole scene just felt comical, like how two minutes later she stops screaming altogether and manages to sneak away with that guy who found her. I can't remember the entire scene though so I may be a bit off.
