And most commonly a good mixture of the above two.
I learned my lesson of never stepping in that place

Hehe I post quite regularly there, but there are just some users that manage to get on my nerve at times :)

People who have a similar avatar to me. It's more of a cold, calculating hatred than a frothing ball of rage. I'm more likely to track them down and follow their every move to find out exactly how to cause them the most pain and suffering. Luckily no one on this site has an avatar like...hang on...it's time to get serious...

There's only one thing that does it. When people insult Ireland. That gets me beyond angry. I've punched people because of that.

I'm pretty mellow about everything else.
The only thing good about Ireland is the whiskey?
Sorry... You said it would tick you off, so I just had to try it.
(I'm part Irish myself, so does it count as making fun of myself as well?)

Here, use my avatar's gun to help ease their passing... by shooting them in the leg with it.

When people use "gay" as an insult.
XBL Kiddy > "You're gay."
Me > "Mmmm... why, are you interested? ;)"
XBL Kiddy > "D:"

That screws with their heads in all the right ways. x3

OT: I get irked, sometimes, but very rarely all-out rage. I tend to type up a long rant in those cases, run out of steam by the time I'm done, read back what I just splurged and say to myself "you emo-raging twat", as I click the Back button.

Lack of punctuation, capitalisation and spelling. You're living in an incredibly privileged society. Most of you are getting free schooling. Don't mangle the English language. It's lazy, barbaric and disrespectful.
That dyslexia spiel is bullshit, too: you can get a spellchecker for your browser inside of 100 mouse-clicks. It's laziness. Moral degeneracy. Fucking idiots.
*phew*.
Pretty much what he said, but I'ma add an amendment (which, for all I know, Mr. squirrel might vehemently disagree with): I'm all for leniency if the speaker/typer/whatever clearly knows what's up, but chooses to mangle the language a bit for stylistic purposes. Basically, learn yr shit, and then make the words do what you want them to. No need to be hyper-proper all the time, cuz language is malleable and fun, but at least get the basics down.. y'know, for job applications and all that jazz.

when someone kicks me when i'm down, metaphorically speaking. for example, on another thread, asking about pokemon having strategy, i went and said a kids game didn't have that much strategy. every one else on that thread went on to tell me that pokemon is massively strategic and people spend loads of time preparing for pokemon battles. i said fine, i have no clue what i'm talking about, and yet everyone there continued to mock me. i didn't enjoy that thread at all.

I don't mind the odd bit o' frontier-speak arr pirate lingo or even some tongue-in-cheek l33t sp33k. If you're trying to make a point, or amuse, go right ahead. Occasion may call for it.

It's just sloppiness that gets me down. You know, not capitalizing your 'i's and so forth. Or using text-speak [u, 2 etc..]. Stupid spelling errors that your browser can fix in a jiffy-planck.

I can' pretend I write well. My syntax is pretty terrible. My points are usually very vague.
But it's nice to keep your posts looking somewhat tidy. Shows you have a certain degree of respect, both for yourself and the community.

I don't get angry easily, too much energy to get mad. But one thing that really pushes me over the edge are fighting game noobs who think they're the shit. It's gotten to the point where I quit fighting games altogether. Unfortunately my bro is a hardass who thinks it's his duty to eliminate every button-masher in the world, and as a result he has broken one of our controllers.

I try not to get angry on the Intersphere, but for me the mantra "There are no stupid questions, only stupid people." does NOT ring true. There are both of those aplenty. So basically, just the idiots.

The way the Console War is waged on this site (yes it it don't tell me you don't remember the Moving New X-box Will Scratch Discs article) since you can't all out curse people are forced to be elitist assholes ("Microsoft releases yet another shoddy product for you zombies to buy") which for some reason is more infuriating to me.

I've been visibly angry 4x in my life. You'd have to do a lot to get a rise out of me other than a stoic reaction.

And if you do manage: I'm not raging on the internets. I'll resolve it personally.

What makes me mad?

When the Pope tells third world countries (especially Africa) that condoms don't work, instead of mounting a cannon on the end of his Pope-mobile that sprays condoms into the crowds.

When kids bully nerds for no other reason than that they're nerds.

When people say video games are responsible for violence.

When Rush Limbaugh says that Barrack Obama wants to turn America into a Communist Dictatorship that oppresses white people.

When I bring home a video game that I paid full MSRP for, only to find out that it's shit.

And when people beat their kids.

Well considering i was a total prick in the Marines and throughout most my Career as one, i have a really nasty temper and i loved to fight. After a bit of counsuling and anger management i learned to take things differently than i did before. I certainly respect others opinions and i don't fight anymore. I do love a good debate, that's clean and isn't full of name calling though.

As far as getting angry on the Forums, i deem it pointless. I believe what people come here for are facts and points of views, not flames and trolls.
