Gum: Spit or Swallow?

You know, that time when your gum has lost it's fun, do you spit it out, or swallow it?
Personally, I usually spit it, but if there is no available trash cans nearby, I swallow.
(If the title is TOO suggestive, mods can change it.)

On Topic: I dont spit or swallow. I move it to my lips with my tongue, then take it out with my hands.

When I was a kid I swallowed my gum but now I just combine it with more and more pieces of gum until my pack is empty. Once that happens and all the flavor is gone I spit it out.

Actually what I do is tilt my head forward with my mouth wide open, then gravity does the rest.
