Sorry about my fanboyism. It was intended as a joke, but my anti-console bias as well as my extreme anti-Microsoft bias does tend to seep through occasionally. In my defense, those biases are backed by a couple decades of technical knowledge and experience.jakefongloo said:That comment is unhelpful it may even make sense but the only result that will happen is a flame war.loc978 said:Dear hackers: I demand equal rights for Microsoft users. I'd be fine with companies discretely installing a bomb onto computer equipment. Try to hack and it explodes. Try to tamper with it and you must be a hacker: it explodes.falcon1985 said:There has got to be software available that blows up a hacker's computer. Seriously, i'm talking C-4 level blast with shrapnel comming off his goddamned computer-case.
(Guess the point i'm trying to make is: Die you hacker scum, just die and do the world a favour.)
Took the words right out of my mouth. I want these hackers caught and I want them to pay.Woodsey said:They can suck my dick, fucking pricks.

And it would be a nice, innocent bit of hijinks if they weren't selling credit card information. As far as I could see, anyway.
Anyway, every cloud has its silver lining. By now everyone's heard of this and companies are ramping up thier security and creating failsafe plans if such a scenario occurs to them. At least I hope so.
EDIT: @ The guy below me: I like to think of it as that way as well, but more than likely it's just for money.
