Is it just a remake of Half-Life or does it have the expansions?
That's an astute question, I also wonder that.

Additionally I wonder if a 360 port is likely.
Nope. Never gonna happen. To begin with, it's just a 3rd party mod. It has nothing to do with Valve. Secondly, I highly doubt the team making this mod could afford to port it to the 360 let alone mass produce it on disc. Then there'd be the licensing issues. As much as I love the idea of a true "Source-afied" version of Half-Life, I cringe at the thought that the team making this is doing all of their own voice-overs to replace the old ones. They may be good at programming, but it takes real talent to do good voice-over work. (I also hope they don't feel compelled to take it upon themselves to add dialog for Gordon to say) It also bothers me that they're not using the original soundtrack in any way. I like original compositions, sure, but part of what made Half-Life so great and memorable was it's soundtrack. Without that you have only half of a game. The only thing that interests me in this project anymore is how closely their modeling every map after the original games designs. If they start drastically changing that too, I just can't see myself playing this.

Well I was just about to buy the original Half Life but maybe now I'll wait.
No, buy the original game. This mod, while cool and all, won't be as good as the original game. I'm not questioning the mod teams design skills, but Valve spent years making the original and had a team of over 50 of the best programmers, artists, and designers in the industry. You can't really beat that quality.
