Flying squirrel, except I'd probably look like a fool? Then again, the odds of me being the only one to be in the situation if possible in the first place would be low, so I'd get to mock the half-weasels and half-ostriches. Not much wrong with classic minotaur traits, either, except supremely annoying air travel with your head getting stuck. Dragons are choice #1 followed by gryphons if myth is allowed, obviously.
