I think they need to just get over it and play Halo 3 like the rest of the frat-boy society.

(This was not meant as an insult, it was meant as I joke. I happen to like Halo.... Sorta.)
Totally agreed. Seems a bit silly to me.

I get the idea, but isn't it time to sell your XBox and get yourself a X360 with HALO 3? I thought all HALO fans allready did?

I do get that it's pretty annoying to have something you spent hours and hours to master removed for EVER.

Well, much love to the hardcore posse, respect.
And @Bungie: Give em a copy of HALO 3. They deserve it.
do you even understand the issue? nothing was removed "for ever" just the online component. You can still play the game.
Off course I understand the issue, you infamous tripleposter.

The point is: HALO is fun online. The offline mode is rather dull, the AI is barely able to walk in a straight line and the story is laughable.

Online HALO is therefore what raises the game from mediocre to greatness.

Aww... down to 11 online now.

I think it's a bit obsessive, and agree that they could be putting that rebellious attitude toward more important things, but who am I to judge wot is important?

Why is anyone still playing Halo 2? There are so many better games on the PS3. Have they never played Killzone 2?
Halo 2 doesn't even have ragdoll physics.
It barely even had any good weapons and the vechiles didn't even blow up properly, according to their actual schematics....
I wish these people would just grow up.
You're telling people to grow up after your pissy little fan boy rant? Get out troll.

What's with the 'FIGHT THE POWER' messages? You do know that you paid 'the power' 60 bucks, right? :)
