The disk in that picture isn't even a 360 disk the bit in the middle says Sony on it. This is probably one of those copies of Halo 3.
BTW I'm not trying to say the 360 dosn't scratch disks (even though none of mine have been scratched) just that that photo shows a Sony disk of some sort. Also just to say my PS3 has never scratched any disks either.
