First one was great
Second one redeemed it self from a bad single player, with great multiplayer.
Third one still has some of the best multi-player on Xbox live and is played by more people that both GoW2 and CoD:WaW. Oh and forge was a great feature.

I agree, but why do people call it Overrated?
It spawned a number of old hat titles trying to claim it's crown, and that's what makes a person like Yahtzee (or the average Escapist Forum member) extremely pissed. Every trend has it's own influence, and people either like it, or don't like it. it's entirely their prerogative.
