This isnt supposed to be a game topic!

It was suposed to come out for the longest time, always being put off for the next year. Is it true, that it is real, or is it just a lie? Me and my friends have checked all over the internet, but to no success. I've been dying to see if it follows the game or books.

Any word of it's appearence any one?

On hold (read not happening) due to budget problems. Who wants to invest 200 million in a CGI SYFY movie.

Though i'd still say it would recoup any money invested during it's first weekend box office

I don't know, Halo's become one of those 'maybe one day' sort of movies... along with Jurrassic Park 4, Dog Soldiers 2, The Descent 2 and many, many others that could potentially exist.

I heard it was canceled because it was really bad.

That was part of a halo 3 trailer. In fact it's on xbox live. It's the same thing just without the opening credits.

They're 'in negotiations', meaning either that you'll get a movie in two years or twenty. Weird, as you'd think a studio would want to capitalize on the huge market demand for Halo-related stuff...

That's an official short film produced to market Halo 3. Strange how you think the rendering is substandard when that Warthog was produced to-scale in real life.

If the movie came out and was anything like the scene where the Spartans went crazy on the elites in Halo Wars, I would probably watch it multiple times.

It's dead int he water. Pete Jackson had the plugged pulled because there's so much he wants to do first
